The explosion-proof performance complies with GB 3836.1-2021 "Explosive Atmospheres-Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB 3836.2-2021 "Explosive Atmospheres-Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosure 'd'.
The efficiency metrics comply with the energy-saving limits and Grade 2 efficiency class specified in GB 18613-2020, which corresponds to the IE4 level per IEC 60034-30-1.
YBX4 Series high-efficiency explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors offer the following advantages: high efficiency and energy savings, ample temperature rise margin, long service life, low vibration, reduced noise, and high reliability. Additionally, auxiliary devices such as winding temperature sensors, bearing temperature sensors, temperature transmitters, and heaters can be installed as per user requirements.
These motors are primarily used in petroleum and chemical industries, and are also widely applied in sectors such as textiles, metallurgy, urban gas supply, transportation, grain & oil processing, paper making, and pharmaceuticals.
